Very durable and has met the test after a few days. Someone tried to steal my bike with a saw and they gave up. Highly recommend lock!

So far this lock has been great for a suburban environment. I bought a steel cable along with it to make my bike more secure but I'm finding that (at least in Central New Jersey) this U-lock can do the job on its own. My only complaint is that the bike mount it comes with is just un-usable on my bike. It takes so much effort to mount and unmount it that it's not worth it - I just keep it in my backpack and pull it out when I need.

solid lock that allows for parking in tricky spots. works well with kryptocable to hold down seat and front tire. keys work well

For a decent, mid range hybrid or touring bike, this is a great price for an excellent, tough U lock from Kryptonite. Plus, If you add a $[...] bike cable, you're well protected in most urban environments. No need to spend more than $40 bucks on a U lock.

So far the locks been very nice. It's a bit bigger than I probably need, but it's sufficient for keeping the bike locked up at home and at school.
